The people behind GuestThread
Built by RVers.
Shaped by work camping.
We know a great stay takes more than a beautiful place. It takes people who care—and tools that help them do their best work.

We’ve seen the stay from both sides.
I’m Taylor, the founder of GuestThread. I’m an RVer and a Chief Product Officer in SaaS. My wife’s work-camping experience has given our family a close view of the people and daily effort behind a well-run property.
As guests, we notice how a place makes us feel. Through work camping, we see the coordination it takes to create that feeling. And through building software, I’ve learned how much the right product can help people spend less time managing details and more time doing meaningful work.
Hospitality deserves thoughtful software.
GuestThread brings those experiences together. We’re building a modern platform for property owners, employees and, over time, the guests and communities they welcome.
Our starting point is a better guest experience. That means helping the team behind the stay: making work easier to find, keeping property information close at hand, and connecting the conversations that too often get separated from the work.
AI is part of how we’re building from the beginning. From helping with repetitive tasks to our planned phone and website front desk, it should make useful work easier while keeping people in control.
One thread, from guest to team.
A question at a campsite. A call after the office closes. A small repair that makes someone’s weekend. Each can start a thread that connects a guest to the people caring for the property.
That’s the idea behind GuestThread: carry the context forward, help the right person follow through, and make the whole experience feel a little more connected.
Help us build what comes next.
We’re inviting early-access interest from RV parks and campgrounds who share that ambition. Tell us what’s working, what gets in the way, and what a better day at your property would look like.
